2 cups of water or vegetable broth

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander and spring green onion to garnish

Step by step: how to make a healthy handum soup

Step 1: Fry the aroma

Add the oil, garlic, ginger and green pepper to a hot pan. Mix fry for about 30 seconds until it is fragrant. Your kitchen now has an excellent smell!

Step 2: Add the vegetables
